It actually goes beyond just a "want".
This is my purpose. I was meant to teach and inspire. I truly believe it's WHY I struggled with bloating, cravings, sugar addiction, binge eating, depression, fatigue, and feeling off balance.
I remember feeling like such a failure.
I remember thinking that there was something wrong with me because I couldn't "stick with my plan" more than a couple days at a time.
I spent so many years struggling, learning, and "figuring it out". I invested so much time not just learning about healthy living but on improving myself so that I could learn and grow.
I studied health and nutrition and became a Holistic Health Coach. I studied Dynamic Eating Psychology and Mind Body Nutrition.
I experimented with different diets (low calorie, meal replacements, low carb) and different ways of eating (raw, vegan, paleo, gluten-free, you name it) to see what worked and what didn't.
My mood didn’t improve when I took anti-depressants, but it did when I stopped eating sugar.
My doctor said my eczema had nothing to do with my diet and I proved her wrong.
The more nutrients I fed my cells, the fewer cravings I experienced.
I thought, "Wow, there really is something to this whole 'healthy eating, healthy lifestyle' thing."
And after YEARS of formal training and personal experience, I learned so much and was just bursting at the seams, wanting to share this information with whoever would listen.
I didn't want to keep it all to myself. And so this program was born.

This is a 4 week program.
In this new & improved format, I've added 2 weeks of PREPPING prior to the 2 weeks of CLEANSING.
Why? Because More Preparation = Less Overwhelm!

You won't be making any major changes to how you currently eat. We'll focus on incorporating healthier habits into your routine and preparing yourself for the cleanse.
WEEK 1: SHIFT YOUR MINDSET
True transformation isn’t possible without a deeper look into your thoughts, beliefs, motivations, and desire for change. Before diving into making changes in your diet, we’ll spend the first week creating a solid foundation for success.
WEEK 2: PREP YOUR KITCHEN
You'll set yourself up for success by creating an environment that will support you during this program. You’ll also go food shopping, prep your first week of meals, and plan your schedule for the weeks ahead.
You’re going to ditch the junk and nourish your body with real food to give it the nutrients it needs to thrive. This is where the magic happens!
WEEK 3: START YOUR SLIM DOWN
This is the first official week of the cleanse! You'll be eating real whole foods and abstaining from eating foods that make you feel bloated, zap your energy, make your skin look dull, cause inflammation, and contribute to your brain fog.
WEEK 4: FEEL YOUR BEST!
This is the second week of the cleanse. You’ll notice that your food cravings have disappeared or reduced significantly, you’ll have more energy, and your belly bloat will be nowhere in sight.
I highly recommend this program if you are struggling to lose those last 5-10 lbs. because it WILL get you there. What I liked most about the cleanse was trying learning and experimenting, cooking new foods in new ways. I have found delicious, healthy recipes that I will cook for my family for years to come! Before signing up for the cleanse I struggled with sleeping through the night. I always had to take a 1/2 of a Tylenol PM, which I really did not like doing. And still, there were nights I would wake up 4-5 times throughout the night. After the cleanse, I’m able to sleep a solid 7-8 hours without waking up once. I love it!Aleyna P
The entire experience made me want to adopt a healthier eating lifestyle and continue a modified version of the cleanse. Overall, it’s been really amazing to feel that I no longer crave “junky” snacks!! I also realized that I actually feel really good NOT drinking coffee!!! This is absolutely CRAZY in a good way. I drank coffee with whole milk since college and love my lattes. But the experiment of cutting out coffee and milk made me realize that I can still function without them and in fact, I notice that it now dries out my throat to drink coffee, similar to my reaction to alcohol. I would highly recommend this cleanse for the mere fact that it is realistic and super supportive!! What makes this cleanse stand out is that the guidelines are helpful, thorough, and most of all, provide multiple options so that you can pick and choose to custom-tailor this cleanse to your own needs. The expectations are also realistic, and if you go into it with motivation to incorporate certain changes, I think you will find that it’s possible to get through the 14 days. I signed up for Emily’s Reboot & Reset cleanse because I was really struggling with going gluten-free on my own. I’d been suffering from psoriasis for most of my life and had heard success from others who had gone gluten-free. I highly recommend this program if you are struggling with accountability. I wasn’t doing well on my own, sticking to my goals. Participating in the group cleanse made me feel more accountable to these goals. Because everyone was sharing their successes in the group forum, I felt motivated to do well. I wanted to have good things to report. In addition, Emily sent daily tips, reminders, and inspirational notes that helped me stay on track.
What I liked most about the cleanse was its simplicity! I’ve tried other cleanse programs before and this was the easiest, but still effective. With Emily’s program, I could eat the foods I like and avoid the foods I don’t like. And I could build my own meal plan from scratch. She gave really simple guidelines to follow, instead of very specific recipes. I felt much less overwhelmed.
The cleanse helped reinforce that when I eat whole foods and get sufficient sleep and exercise in the mornings and reduce my stress, I feel happier, more energetic, and less bloated. What are the dates of the program?
The program runs from Monday, June 1st through Sunday, June 28th. The first 2 weeks are prep weeks so the 2 weeks of actual cleansing (i.e. eating whole foods, ditching the junk food) doesn’t begin until June 15th.
How much does it cost?
Only $47 because you get the special returning Cleansington rate! (Which means you save $50 off the early price and save $100 off the regular price.) When you sign up, you get LIFETIME ACCESS. This means that even after the program is over, you can access all the resources inside the membership portal as well as the Facebook group page.
Can guys sign up or is this just for the gals?
In past cleanses, the vast majority of my Cleansingtons have been female (there was even one cleanse I ran that was all female!) but guys are certainly welcome!
What kind of materials will I get and how are they delivered?
The program is 100% online. You’ll get videos and downloadable PDF sheets in the membership portal, emails in your inbox, and the group support will be in a closed members-only Facebook group page. So you don’t get overwhelmed, you won’t get all the materials at once. You’ll get some as soon as you sign-up and more at the beginning of each week.
Do I get 1-on-1 access to you?
This is a group program so individualized email and phone support is not included. However, if you’d like additional support during the cleanse, you can upgrade your experience to include two 30-minute, 1-on-1 coaching phone sessions with me to use anytime during the 4 weeks (upgrade option is available on the payment page).
When are you running this cleanse again?
Not for another few months because I like to space them out. But when you sign up for this cleanse, you’ll have access to all future Reboot & Reset Your Body cleanses for free. That’s why I call it Lifetime Access, baby! But really, why wait til the next cleanse? The time is now. No more excuses, okay? Enough putting your life on hold and waiting until the perfect moment. Will I get hungry on this cleanse?
Nope! For the 2 weeks of cleansing (Weeks 3 & 4), you will be eating real, whole, unprocessed foods like fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, gluten-free grains and healthy protein (eggs, poultry, meat, and fish) which will fill you up and provide you with the nutrients you need to keep you satisfied throughout the day.
This is NOT a starvation diet or low calorie diet. You are encouraged to listen to your body so if you do get hungry (physically hungry, not emotionally hungry!) you are encouraged to eat a cleanse-friendly snack. Snack ideas will be provided.
Will I have to give up coffee and alcohol?
Coffee and alcohol are not included during the 2 weeks of cleansing, but you can gradually transition away from them during the first 2 weeks of “cleanse preparation”. For best results, I encourage you to experiment and see how you feel without them for the full 2 weeks. You may be surprised that you don’t “need” your daily fix as much as you had once thought. With that said, the cleanse is what YOU make it and everyone is at a different starting place. IF you do decide to incorporate small amounts of either during the cleanse, I will show you how to make the healthiest decision so you can still experience great results.
Can I eat meat on this cleanse?
You sure can! Animal protein and fish is encouraged (ideally clean, organic, free-range, grass-fed, wild caught, etc). The program was designed with you in mind.
Is this cleanse suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
Recipes and menu plans for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians will be provided. Please note that processed foods and soy are not encouraged during the cleanse so if you’re used to “fake meats” and tofu, you’ll be abstaining from them during the cleanse.
Do I need a Facebook account to participate in the cleanse?
Facebook isn’t required, BUT the private members-only Facebook group page is one of the program features that past participants reported they loved the most. Having the support of a group of like-minded people going through the same experience as you is priceless! If you sign up for the program and you don’t have a Facebook account, it’s highly recommended that you get support from outside of the program (e.g. friend, family member, significant other, coworkers, etc.) — Making lifestyle changes can feel very isolating when you’re doing it alone. For best results, I encourage you to get a support system.
Am I going to spend all day in the bathroom pooping my brains out?
Unlike other cleanses where you have to take a ton of supplements or drink massive quantities of juice to “clean house”, this one is way more gentle. Everyone’s experience is unique, so depending on what your diet is like when the cleanse begins, you might experience a change in your bowel movements during the first few days. However, you should find that as the cleanse goes on, your bowel movements will become more regular and “normal”.
Can I go out to eat or travel on this cleanse?
While it’s recommended to prep food at home during the 2 weeks of cleansing, eating out and participating in social situations is totally doable but it will take some mental preparation and planning ahead. You will receive tips on how to stick to the cleanse while dining out and traveling.
Can I continue my regular exercise routine on this cleanse?
Definitely! You may even find that you will have more energy to fuel your workouts and you will recover faster between workouts because you’re eliminating foods that cause inflammation in the body. Keep in mind, however, that a big part of this program revolves around listening to your body, so if your body wants to rest, then rest. Depending on how your eating habits are currently, you might find that you will need to take it easy the first 3-5 days of the cleanse as your body transitions to a new way of eating. Everyone is different so it’s recommended that you listen to your body.
Will I be able to stick to the cleanse?
This program was designed to give you the tools, support, and accountability you need to stick to the cleanse. The first 2 weeks will help you prepare so you won’t feel as overwhelmed in Weeks 3 & 4. Past cleansers loved participating in the Facebook group and found that connecting with others who were doing the cleanse with them was not only fun, but also very helpful and that this accountability motivated them to stay on track. You’ll also receive emails from me to keep you motivated. Set yourself up for success even more by signing up with the people you live with and work with. The more support you have, the better.
How much time will this take?
During Weeks 1 & 2, you’ll need to set aside an hour or so each week to review the program materials. During Weeks 3 & 4, you’ll need to set aside time for grocery shopping and food prep. You’ll receive tips on how to make meal prep more efficient so you don’t have to spend all day in the kitchen. People find that when they allocate a few hours just 1-2 days a week to prepare food, they have enough food to last them the next 4-7 days. Remember, it’s worth investing a little extra time toward getting healthy rather than being sick for a week or wasting time sitting around in the waiting room of the doctor’s office. Make health your priority for these 4 weeks.
Will I experience any negative side effects?
Everyone’s experience is different. If your current way of eating isn’t too different from the cleanse, you might not feel any side effects. If you’re weening yourself off coffee or soda, you might experience withdrawal headaches (and that’s totally normal). If you currently eat a lot of sugar or processed foods, you might experience sugar cravings or fatigue for the first 3-5 days as you detox. Every time I’ve run this cleanse, participants report that their symptoms go away within the first week of cleansing (Week 3) and that after those few days of discomfort, they have more energy, little to no cravings, and experience the wonderful benefits of eating real food. Know that if you do experience some side effects in the beginning, you’ll have tremendous support from me and the Cleansington Community to stay on track.
Am I going to gain back the weight I lost after the cleanse is over?
The main reason why many people gain back the weight they lose is because they’re going from major calorie restriction back to “real life” which can be a huge shock to the body.
